SHEIN U.S. in Los Angeles seeks a full-time Seller Onboarding Specialist to manage onboarding for new sellers on SHEIN Marketplace from our corporate office.

You will coordinate with product, operations, and legal to ensure sellers meet all requirements, guide them through policies, monitor performance, and analyze data to drive growth while improving the onboarding process. Responsibilities

• Onboarding management for new sellers on SHEIN Marketplace across cross-functional teams (product, operations, legal).
• Provide guidance and support to sellers during onboarding and ensure adherence to SHEIN policies.
• Monitor seller performance and advise improvements to meet standards.
• Analyze data on seller performance, trends, and feedback to drive growth.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline onboarding and seller experience.

Position Summary

We're seeking a full-time Seller Onboarding Specialist for our Los Angeles-based corporate office.

Job Responsibilities

• Onboarding Management: Manage the onboarding process for new sellers on SHEIN Marketplace. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and legal, to ensure that sellers meet all requirements and standards for selling on SHEIN.
• Seller Support: Provide guidance and support to sellers during the onboarding process. Answer seller questions, resolve issues, and ensure that sellers understand and adhere to SHEIN's policies and procedures.
• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate seller performance to ensure that they are meeting SHEIN's performance standards. Provide guidance and support to sellers to improve their performance and meet SHEIN's standards.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data on seller performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Develop and implement strategies to improve seller performance and drive growth for SHEIN's Marketplace.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline the onboarding process and improve the seller experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• 3-6+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or customer support, preferably in e-commerce is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Bilingual in Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Experience working with international teams is a plus.

Pay Range: $30 USD - $33 USD
