SHEIN is seeking a full-time Senior Graphic Designer for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. The role involves creating digital marketing assets such as email campaigns, landing pages and print materials with strong typography and an eye for imagery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, contributing fresh design ideas and ensuring designs stay current with fashion and social media trends.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design or Fine Arts or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of digital design experience within a high-paced, cross-functional creative environment, preferably fashion e-commerce.
• Must have an online portfolio showing strong typography and digital design trends.
• Experience in UX/UI design is a plus.

Position Summary

We’re seeking a full-time Senior Digital Designer (official title: Senior Graphic Designer) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. They will be a member of SHEIN design team, creating our digital marketing assets: email marketing campaign design, landing page and marketing print materials. The right candidate is an expert in graphic design, will have great attention to detail, a good eye for selecting photographic images, strong typography skills, and be methodical in their work.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the creative web team to create digital marketing assets: email, homepage, landing page, social assets and print materials.
• Provide fresh design ideas and execute new web, mobile, app and email experiences under the supervision of the Design manager.
• Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketing, PR, web production, event management and Global teams.
• Keep designs up-to-date with trends, photography, fashion, and social media worlds.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design or Fine Arts or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of digital design experience within a high-paced, cross-functional creative environment, preferably fashion e-commerce.
• Must have an online portfolio of work that shows strong understanding of typography, digital design trends, and online visual communication.
• Highly creative in typography, web page layout. Experience in UX/UI design is a plus.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, and InDesign in a Mac environment.
• Must be able to work as a team member, but also be resourceful as a self-starter. Extremely detail-oriented, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, managing many projects simultaneously.
