You will handle payments, manage maintenance tasks, and provide an exceptional customer experience. A valid driver's license and travel to training centers may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Real ID or Passport required to travel to training center in San Antonio.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell self-storage solutions to customers.
• Work inside an office and on the property.
• Perform general property care, cleaning and maintenance; conduct daily property walk to ensure units are ready to rent.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
