Storage Star Management LLC is seeking a Self Storage Store Manager to be the friendly face of our brand in Washington. You will oversee daily operations, rent units, process payments, and ensure a secure, clean facility while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily tasks.
• A valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and walk the entire facility at least twice a day.
• Comfort with performing light maintenance and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training new hires and help them get acclimated to our processes.
• Handle occasional off-site errands and travel to other locations as needed.

Shifts varies weekly, 5 days a week, hours are:

• Monday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

No late nights or early mornings!
