Job summary

Storage Star is seeking a Self Storage Store Manager in Austin, TX to be the friendly face of the company. You will oversee day-to-day operations, rent units, process payments, and ensure the facility is secure and well-maintained while delivering outstanding service.

You will meet sales targets, perform light maintenance, conduct daily lock checks, and assist with training new hires. The role offers a generous benefits package and a monthly bonus program, with a schedule that supports work‑life

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily tasks.
• A valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and walk the entire facility at least twice a day.
• Comfort with performing light maintenance and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Work Schedule:

Shifts varies weekly, 5 days a week, hours are:

• Monday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

No late nights or early mornings!
