Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers who work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside, to assess storage needs and drive sales of packing supplies. The role includes daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent, cash handling and bank deposits, and keeping customer accounts current with payments, including reminder calls.

Applicants should have experience in customer service driven sales, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel between locations;

• Experience in customer service sales environments such as retail or hospitality.
• Strong cash handling and payment collection skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily inspections of storage units to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits.
• Assist customers in staying current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
