Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to work independently across multiple locations. You assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and help customers choose the right solutions to fit their space.

Daily responsibilities include inspections, cash handling, deposits, and keeping accounts current with payments through reminders and collections. You travel between sites using your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement available, and maintain a clean, safe facility

Qualifications

• Experience from customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsabilités

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Help keep customers current with payments with reminders and collection calls when required.
