Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently across multiple locations. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and ensure spaces are ready to rent through daily inspections.

The role requires driving between sites, handling payments, deposits, and occasional collections. A customer-focused background in retail, restaurant, or service industries is preferred, with physical ability to lift items and work outdoors as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates come from customer service-centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or other service-based companies.

Responsabilités

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability so spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
