Westport Properties, through its US Storage Centers brand, seeks a Property Manager Self Storage to market storage solutions, manage day-to-day property operations and provide an exceptional customer experience.

The role offers 9:00 AM-6:00 PM hours, weekends possible, with a pay range of $20.00–$22.00 per hour and travel of 0–10%. Training and internal growth are emphasized across hundreds of locations.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, customer service/sales or self-storage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work inside an office and outside on the property.
• Perform general property care, cleaning and maintenance.
• Conduct daily property walk to ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash.
