Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and guiding the sale of packing supplies. You will conduct daily inspections, manage cash, and assist customers with payments and collections.

Qualifications include experience in customer service-based sales environments and a valid driver’s license to travel between sites; mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based roles).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle to travel between sites (mileage reimbursement available).

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
