Job summary

Public Storage is hiring now as Property Manager. You will work across multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and recommending packing supplies, while performing daily inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

Responsibilities include cash handling, deposits, and payment reminders. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and their own vehicle for travel between properties; mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required to travel between locations. Mileage reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments; make reminder and collection calls when required.
