Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently at multiple locations, assessing storage needs and promoting packing supplies. Daily inspections ensure units are ready to rent, while cash handling and deposits are part of daily duties.

We offer flexible schedules and mileage reimbursement with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or restaurant.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest additional packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits as part of routine tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
