Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations. Earn $14.00 per hour with flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends til 5pm).

The role includes opportunities for bonuses, comprehensive benefits after 20+ hours, and mileage reimbursement for travel between properties. Responsibilities include assessing storage needs, selling packing and moving supplies, performing daily unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, deposits, and staying current

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or service industries.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest products like packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and rental readiness.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
