Job summary

Public Storage is seeking motivated Property Managers to work independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and suggesting packing supplies. You will conduct daily storage unit inspections, audit cash drawers and deposits, help customers stay current on payments, and travel between properties with mileage reimbursement.

You will earn performance-based bonuses, work flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends ’til 5pm), and benefit from a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business.
• We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
