Job summary

Public Storage is seeking an energetic Property Manager to work across multiple locations, assisting customers with storage needs and driving sales of packing supplies. You will inspect units, handle cash deposits, and help customers stay current on payments.

Mileage reimbursement supports travel between properties. Flexible, full-time schedules with work hours from 9:30am to 6pm (weekends until 5pm) and benefits eligibility after 20+ hours are discussed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations at multiple locations and assist customers with storage needs.
• Suggest packing and moving supplies to customers.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure inventory and spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and process reminders and collections when required.
