Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work at multiple sites, handling customer needs and maintaining units for rent. You will assess storage requirements, upsell packing items, and perform routine inspections to keep spaces ready to rent.

Role involves cash handling, deposits, and coordinating payments with customers. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required; bilingual Spanish is preferred for customer interactions across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, or service-based roles.
• Transportation: valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations (mileage reimbursement).
• BILINGUAL SPANISH PREFERRED

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and readiness.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
