Job summary

Public Storage in the United States is seeking Property Managers to work independently at multiple locations; you will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and perform daily unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability. You must have a valid driver’s license and use your own vehicle to travel between sites.

Mileage reimbursement is provided; bonuses are available for performance.

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based industries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside.
• We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business.
• We help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
