Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, handling customer storage needs and daily operations. The role involves inside and outside responsibilities, including selling packing supplies and ensuring spaces are ready to rent.

Candidates should have customer service oriented experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel between properties. Mileage reimbursement is provided, and bonuses are available for performance.

Qualifications

• Experience coming from customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle to travel between locations or conduct business (mileage reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
