Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently at multiple locations, helping customers with storage needs and selling packing supplies. The role includes cash handling, daily inspections, and collections when required.

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required for travel between sites. Flexible and full-time schedules are offered, with benefits after 20+ hours, including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, and other perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail, hospitality, or service-based roles.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, often both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
