Job summary

Public Storage in Morrison, CO is hiring Property Managers to work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs and suggest packing supplies, while ensuring units are ready to rent with daily inspections.

Responsibilities include cash handling, deposits, payments reminders, and occasional travel between properties. A valid license and reliable vehicle are required to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle to travel between properties.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform outdoor tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Inspect storage units daily to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist with payments, reminders, and collections when required.
• Work independently across multiple locations to manage properties.
