Job summary

Public Storage is hiring a Property Manager to support multiple locations with flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm). The role involves helping customers assess storage needs, selling supplies, and maintaining property readiness across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or service industries.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between properties (mileage reimbursement).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when needed.
