Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to operate across multiple locations. You will assess customer storage needs, upsell packing supplies, perform daily unit inspections, and handle cash with deposits.

The role includes staying active indoors and outdoors, with attention to payments and collections as needed. Earn $17.00 per hour with flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm).

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Help keep customers current with payments; make reminder and collection calls when required.
