Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to work independently across multiple locations, handling customer needs, inventory, payments, and collections. You’ll assess storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

Valid driver’s license required and mileage reimbursement is provided. We offer flexible, full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends til 5pm) with benefits after 20+ hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside.
• We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business.
• We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
