Job summary

Public Storage is seeking motivated Property Managers to support multiple locations in the Houston area. You will assess customer storage needs, upsell packing and moving supplies, and conduct daily inspections to keep units ready to rent.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift items up to 35 pounds. You’ll work flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm, with mileage reimbursement and potential bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Ability to explain product options and close sales.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing supplies.
• Perform daily inspections and manage cash handling tasks as needed.
• Audit cash drawers and assist with deposits and payments.
• Travel between properties to support operations as required.
