Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to operate independently across multiple locations, indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.

Daily tasks include unit inspections, cash handling, deposits, and assisting customers with payments while handling reminder calls when needed. Mileage reimbursement is provided and bonuses are possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service sales environments (retail, restaurant or service industry).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoor and outdoor.
• Assess storage needs and suggest items such as packing supplies.
• Perform daily unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
