Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based roles.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties with own vehicle (mileage reimbursement).
• Willingness to work flexible and full-time schedules including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
