Public Storage is hiring a Property Manager to work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.

You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, conduct daily inspections, and manage payments and reminders.

This is a full-time, flexible schedule role (9:30am–6pm, weekends to 5pm) with benefits after 20 hours, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability and ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
