Job summary

Public Storage is hiring Property Managers to work independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and making recommendations for packing and moving supplies.

Earn $18.00 per hour with flexible, full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends til 5pm). Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties, and performance-based bonuses are available. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO and other perks.

Qualifications

• Experience comes from customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business; help keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls.
