Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based roles.
• Cash handling and basic banking tasks experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing or moving supplies.
• Independently manage tasks at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure availability and readiness for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
