Public Storage is the self‑storage industry leader seeking dedicated Property Managers. The role involves working independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs, and promoting packing supplies to drive sales.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service-centered sales environments (retail, restaurant or service industry).
Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations.
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability for rent.
Audit cash drawers and make deposits as part of daily operations.
Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
Work independently at multiple locations and visit both indoor and outdoor areas.
