Job summary

Public Storage is hiring a Property Manager to work across multiple locations in a full-time capacity. You will assess customer storage needs, upsell packing supplies, perform daily unit inspections, and handle cash deposits while ensuring spaces are ready to rent.

Successful candidates come from customer-service oriented sales backgrounds and must have a valid driver’s license to travel between properties. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience from customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest products, including packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
