Public Storage is hiring a Property Manager to work across multiple sites, spending time both inside and outside while delivering excellent customer service.

The role involves assessing storage needs, suggesting packing and moving supplies, conducting daily inspections, handling cash deposits, and helping customers with payments. Mileage reimbursement is provided, and bonuses are available for strong performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based roles.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle for travel between locations.
• Willingness to travel between properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
