Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who will operate across multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and suggesting solutions, including packing and moving supplies. You will perform daily inspections to ensure inventory and availability, and handle cash drawers with bank deposits as part of your routine.

Travel between sites is required, and you will help customers stay current with payments, including reminder and collections calls when necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Background in retail, restaurant, or other service industries is common.
• Ability to operate independently across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations (including upselling packing/moving supplies).
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers in staying current with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
