Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and suggesting packing and moving supplies. You will perform daily inspections, manage payments, and assist with cash handling while traveling between sites.

Ideal candidates bring experience in customer-service oriented sales environments and are comfortable working outdoors and driving between locations with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based)
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations and time outdoors
• Comfort with selling packing and moving supplies to customers

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls
• Travel between locations using own vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
