Go Store It is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Team Member to ensure the smooth running and appearance of their facility in Orlando, Florida. The role involves daily property inspections, performing minor repairs, and assisting customers. No degree is required, and training will be provided. Responsibilities

• Walk the property every day to look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean, including hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs and clean them for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need assistance.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
