Public Storage in Longview, Texas is hiring a Property Manager who will work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside as you help customers choose storage solutions and ensure spaces are ready to rent.

The role offers a flexible, full-time schedule at around 9:30am–6pm, with mileage reimbursement, benefits after 20 hours, and performance-based bonuses. You’ll handle cash deposits, payments follow-ups, and daily property maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales environments.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and assist customers.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including packing supplies.
• Inspect storage units daily to ensure inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
• Travel between properties for work-related duties.
