Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail or service industries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle to travel between properties.
• Ability to travel between multiple work locations as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and offer appropriate solutions, including packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to verify inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and conduct reminder/collection calls when needed.
