Public Storage in Texas is seeking a Property Manager to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs, upsell packing supplies, and ensure spaces are ready to rent.

Daily duties include cash handling, auditing drawers, deposits, and keeping customers current with payments. Mileage reimbursement is provided; bonuses are possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience from customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
• Assess storage needs and suggest packing supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections for inventory readiness.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and reminders/collections.
