Job summary

Public Storage is seeking an energetic Property Manager to support our growing portfolio of self-storage properties. You will work independently across multiple locations, assess customer storage needs, and suggest packing and moving supplies while delivering friendly, responsive service.

The role includes daily inspections to confirm inventory and readiness, auditing cash drawers, deposits, and helping customers stay current with payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or food service.
• Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle to travel between locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
