West Coast Self-Storage Group in Silverdale is hiring a full-time floating Assistant Property Manager. Ideal candidates have retail sales and customer service experience and want to grow within our career path.

You will commute to support Silverdale and Bremerton as needed, and work from 9:45am to 6:15pm on a schedule with weekend coverage. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with matching, profit sharing, paid sick and vacation, and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to commute to Silverdale/Bremerton as needed.
• Weekend availability required.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process.
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries).
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• General office tasks, e.g., filing, managing customer accounts, sorting mail/deliveries.
• Maintain property to Clean & Operational standards (e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs).
• Other duties assigned by leadership.

West Coast Self-Storage Group has a full-time opening in Silverdale for a floating Assistant Property Manager. Ideal candidates would have retail sales and customer service experience and are looking to grow within our career path.

Location Details: This team member will be expected to commute to support our Silverdale & Bremerton as needed. Will primarily be working in Silverdale.

Schedule: Full-time, either Sat & Sun or Sun & Mon off depending on facility coverage. Working from 9:45am-6:15pm.

Day to Day:

• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives
