Extra Space Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Phoenix. You will lead daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive unit rentals and related sales. You’ll mentor staff, ensure safety and cleanliness, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing employment experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Current, valid driver’s license with access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Meet sales goals through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
• Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements.
• Maintain facilities – sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, etc.
