Westport Properties, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager Self Storage at our Mohegan Lake property in Lexington, NY. You will market and sell storage solutions, work inside and on-site, and ensure spaces are ready to rent.

Responsibilities include daily property walks, payment processing, and delivering excellent customer service. A valid driver's license is required; be prepared to travel up to 10% for training and related tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center.

Responsabilités

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance
• Daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience
• Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation are required to perform the essential functions of the job
