Job summary
US Storage Centers, Inc. in Bedford Hills/North Mt Kisco area is seeking an Assistant Manager Self Storage to grow sales and deliver excellent customer service. You will split time between the office and the property, market storage solutions, and ensure spaces are ready to rent.
The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to travel 10–25% to nearby locations. Competitive hourly pay, benefits, and a supportive training program are offered.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, customer service or sales preferred.
- Real ID or Passport required for travel to training center.
Responsibilities
- Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
- Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property
- General property care, cleaning, and maintenance
- Daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent
- Accurate payment processing and cash handling
- Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience
- Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation are required to perform the essential functions of the job
