• 5+ years in customer success, enablement, partner management, or agency-facing roles within digital advertising or SaaS.
• Proven track record building scalable onboarding or enablement programs.
• Deep familiarity with the agency ecosystem, including structures and decision-making processes.

Aufgaben

• Design onboarding programs that take agency teams from setup to first successful brand livestream.
• Develop tiered enablement paths for different agency profiles.
• Lead workshops, webinars, and 1:1 sessions to educate on app functionality and commerce integration.
• Build a library of best-practice guides, playbooks, case studies, and FAQs.
• Own the activation pipeline from initial engagement to sustained adoption across client portfolios.
• Monitor adoption health metrics and intervene when churn risk rises.
