Qualifications

• 8 years related experience leading analysts, consultants, developers, or technical professionals in a team, project, or capability leadership role.
• Experience developing analytics, reporting, automation, application, or AI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Databricks, or similar platforms
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Highly structured and process-oriented, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and adapt to evolving technologies and business needs
• Experience developing simple, business-friendly assets (e.g., templates, training, presentation materials, or playbooks) that enable users to successfully adopt analytics, automation, and AI technologies

Responsibilities

• Act as the product manager for Simplot's self-service analytics and AI ecosystem, executing the roadmap, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of the capabilities provided to business users.
• Utilize Agile practices to deliver services or solutions to the business in a structured and timely manner.
• Develop reusable support assets, including templates, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks.
