Job summary

Simplot is seeking a product manager for its self-service analytics and AI ecosystem in Boise, Idaho. You will drive the roadmap, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of analytics and automation capabilities for business users.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
8+ years leading analysts, consultants, developers, or technical teams.
Experience building analytics, automation, or AI solutions using Power Platform, Fabric, Power BI, Databricks or similar.
Strong ability to work across cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Act as product manager for self-service analytics and AI ecosystem, delivering roadmap and adoption.
Use Agile practices to deliver services to the business in a timely manner.
Develop analyses for management including feasibility and cost/benefit plans.
Identify budget and capacity requirements to support platform products.
Partner with tech teams to implement architecture for Power Platform and AI capabilities.
Establish metrics to measure adoption and business outcomes.
