Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a part-time Medical-Surgical RN to join our Wisconsin resource team. This role involves self-scheduled day-to-day floating or 6-week float assignments across designated sites, with a focus on delivering high-quality nursing care.

Requirements include 2 years of Medical-Surgical RN experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a Board-approved nursing education program. This position typically operates at 0.0 FTE with floating between facilities within the service

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license in the state(s) where nursing services are provided.
• BLS certification; ACLS certification may be required.

Responsabilités

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Float to other units or facilities as needed to meet patient care needs.
