Advocate Aurora Health is seeking an RN for ambulatory care in Wisconsin on a part-time basis. The role involves self-scheduled shifts, day-to-day floating or 6-week float assignments, and a focus on evidence-based nursing care within a collaborative team.

Minimum requirements include graduation from a Board of Nursing approved program, an active RN license, and BLS; ACLS may be required depending on specialty. BSN preferred and ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation and communicates with the care team.
• May float to other units within the service area to meet patient needs.
