Job summary

Alberici Constructors in St. Louis, MO seeks a Self-Perform Estimator (Civil/Concrete/Marine) to support estimating for heavy civil and marine projects. You will handle quantity surveys, preliminary pricing, and full estimates with a focus on self-perform concrete scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field is required.
• Two years of related experience preferred; field experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in heavy civil and/or marine sectors is ideal.
• Familiarity with InEight and Planswift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with estimating process for heavy civil and marine markets.
• Perform complex take-offs and pricing for preliminary through final estimates.
• Support win strategies and joint venture in bidding.
• Cultivate relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Contribute to preconstruction planning and staffing/schedule approaches.
