Aristeo Construction is looking for a Self-Perform Superintendent in Livonia, Michigan. This role requires managing field crews to deliver complex construction projects on time and within budget while ensuring safety and quality. Candidates should have over 5 years in construction management, be affiliated with a union trade, and possess an engineering degree. Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management and/or craft supervision experience.
• Current affiliation with a union trade is required.
• STSC Certification is preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Valid chauffeur's license or higher.

Responsabilités

• Manage self-perform trade crews and ensure safety and schedules are met.
• Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and development.
• Interface with Union representatives for effective communication.
• Dispatch manpower, tools, and equipment to meet job specifications.
• Monitor and ensure Aristeo workers' safety and report incidents.
• Partner with the Project Manager on project goals and strategies.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and provide feedback on best practices.
