Qualifications
5+ years of construction management and/or craft supervision experience.
Current affiliation with a union trade is required.
STSC Certification is preferred.
OSHA 30 certification is required.
Valid chauffeur's license or higher.
Responsibilities
Manage self-perform trade crews and ensure safety and schedules are met.
Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and development.
Interface with Union representatives for effective communication.
Dispatch manpower, tools, and equipment to meet job specifications.
Monitor and ensure Aristeo workers' safety and report incidents.
Partner with the Project Manager on project goals and strategies.
Attend pre-bid meetings and provide feedback on best practices.
